Hello all. Had been intermittently active at our old house since 2012 and still wondering if I can drink Winny before Spring Break.
Anyway, glad to see this great resource is still available. You don't know what you got til its gone. Good to see some friendly faces and cheers to another decade of disregarding pct.

Place looks great!
Thanks for putting this together.

Hello this is Flex22. I’ve been a king time never on a couple forums . Been in this game/life style since 2008-2009ish. I wanted to thank Mr. Humana for showing me this new forum. I’m sure it’ll be great and excited to help anyway I can. I’ve been lifting on and off since high school. But multiple times early on took some years off due to personal reasons. Then as I got older I started having some serious injuries that held held me back massively but I’ve kept and still keep fighting foward. This lifestyle helps my psych and self esteem more than anything. Injury wise though I’ve had some rough ones. Tore my left pec completely at the same time left bicep while bench pressing around 2018-2019. Early 2018 tore my right tricep. Beginning of Covid I had minor tear in my right lay while lifting in my dungeon due to gym Closeares. And as of last year exactly a year ago I completely snapped and tore my right tricep and tendon and had major servers reconnecting it. So even after a year my strength is maybe 60% of what it used to be. But my attitude now towards lifting is much more feeling the muscle working at its strongest compacity and finding other ways besides jus heavier weight to make lifting harder. And besides the scarring and natural look certain muscles now look after being tore I am happy with my oh sinus and still strive ti be better.

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to make an intro to this new site. Thanks @scoobs88 for keeping in touch, and admins for getting this up and going so quick. It looks like a lot of work!

We've looked into joining other boards since aasf wasn't coming back. Unfortunately nothing felt the same as the original. The people make the board and we've always loved the vibe on SF.

We've been servicing the SF community since 2013 so it's good to see familiar names come back on. Looking forward to how this forum will be built up from here.

Let us know if you need any help. Whether you're a member, sponsor, or mod. If there's anything we can assist you with, we are here.

Cheers, Cheers
-PL
