What's up gang. Took a while to read through all of the pages but I'm glad I did, I  got to see a few names I recognize.

I've been around ASF & IMB forums since 2010, but just recently became active again. I figured I'd look around & found this forum via Naps.

I like the various functions of this board (particularly the donation feature) & how clean it is, well done. Also, everyone seems cool here, so I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone & participating.

Hello everyone. Thanks to APOrders for inviting me to the forum. I am 50yo and always only ever been in “decent” shape. About to complete my first ever cycle and am very happy with the results. I have maintained the same weight but can see big differences in overall composition and strength. I’ve outgrown my home gym so need to add some weight already. I’m 6’2” and 235 currently. If those numbers never change I’ll be happy. Not looking to get freaky or compete just want to feel good taking my shirt off in public. I intend to dial in my macros so my next cycle has maximum impact. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
