What is your go to song for getting through hard/heavy lifts?
Eye of the Tiger is still it for me (almost consider it cheating), after that it rotates.
Cut the Cord by Shinedown was one that recently popped up on a playlist and has been getting quite a bit of air time lately.

I have so many I listen to when gougn through a heavy lift but ine that pops up in my head is one step closer by liking park lol, or rich Piana motivation- I'm a monster.

Monsters by Shinedown as far as go to song to get my head right (kind of dark I know). Shampton mentioned motivation speech, that would be anything CT Fletcher for me. The shit that brother has been through and still kicking is amazing.

I’m definitely a Metallica fan for sure, my all time favorite band. A lot of good memories tied to their music over the years, and I guess maybe few not so good. Lol
As far as go to tunes in the gym, for me it’s anything that is aggressive!! A few bands off the top of my that I enjoy listening to are Pantera, Disturbed, Godsmack, Rob Zombie, Eminem, etc…
