New to this new site

hey guys im new to this site but have been on the old one and others for years...im currently 39yo and other than my diet looking for a way to tone.  suggestions

Not to sound like a jerk but just train brother and eat....there is no big secret to any of this
What are you weighing now and what is your body fat,how long have you been working out???

Let us know what your goals are, xp level (how long you have been training, previous experience, etc.), current stats (height, weight, approx bf%, etc.), and any other info you think we should know.  We should be able to go from there to help out.

Middle age, suggestions other than diet, looking to "tone up" then the first places I would point is get a regular training routine, get plenty of sleep at night, make good diet choices (do not have to go all out, just make the next right decision), and if you want to add in supps then low dose HGH is always good for sleep, skin, and fat loss.
