Hello all, I’m a 50yo looking to learn more. Learning about cycles has been exhausting research. So many ideas and opinions. I’m not looking to compete, I just want to break some barriers and get over humps and go a different direction than get flabby as I age. I’m on TRT and have been for over 10 years. I take 200mg of test c each week. I’m 6’2” and 235. No idea what my bf% is. Would guess 15-18.
What does a test only cycle look like and what are realistic expectations from it? I’d like to maintain my weight and reduce overall bf. Maybe put on some more muscle down the road. I’m in it for the long haul, so give me your best input. Not gonna lie, I like quick results but it appears that’s what gets everyone in trouble.

Welcome! Please read my response in your other thread. This is a complex topic and there are no easy answers, but suffice it to say you should be able to make some reasonable gains on just your TRT dosage.

Look at your protein consumption and your overall calorie intake. It's kinda strange, but fewer calories is not always better when it comes to body fat loss, you really need to start looking at your macros.
